Okta authetication when opening a word file

Getting an error when trying to view/edit microsoft word file in Pathway applications. This error only recently started to impact handful of users since 18th March. We’ve tried usual troubleshooting, like checking Trust center, setting default browser to Edge, etc. but still users having issue, pls assist. Error : “ Your organizations policies are preventing us from completing this action for you. For more info, please contact helpdesk.” thank you

what is the below screen meaning? Is it trying to authenticate through okta and unable to do so?

You likely will need to open a support case to get more assistance with this, someone will probably need to check the logs for your org.

Thank you, we will raise a support ticket with Okta today and the 3rd party team is also looking to find the root cause but they haven’t been able to.
