Okta Provisioning Trial Account

I have a peculiar issue. I was provisioning users fine from my Okta Trial to a development machine. But now that I have configured provisioning to point to a QA machine the requests never get there. Its as if Okta is ignoring the new URL and Bearer token I have changed it to. Then, I completely deleted the application and created a new one and still no provision requests ever make it to my QA machine. Is there any help for this?

I had to create a new trial and got it working. No idea why I could not simply change the SCIM provisioning connection details.

You were likely impacted by the same org-level issue affecting other Integrator Orgs, as mentioned in this thread: SCIM provisioning never executes in trial org (no application.provision.* events despite valid SCIM config)

Good news is that your new org will not be impacted by the same issue, so you should be all set to continue your testing in your new org.
