Test SCIM app integration with Okta

I having a Okta org developer account
And i try to integrate SCIM provisioning with Okta. When i try to configure a valid baseURL it throws error. And from Okta developer guide, found that - Profile sourcing should be activated via Okta support.

Will you please support
