Okta Redirection fails | Production Issue

Hello Team ,
I have integrated Okta in my MVC application , which worked perfectly fine on lower environment. Recently we have deployed those changes on production .
We have observed some strange behaviour on prod. Below scenario doesnt happen every single time but appears once in few login attempts :-
Instead of redirecting to Redirect URI mentioned in Okta settings After Okta Login , Page lands on Okta protected page from which Okta authenticatio request was generated.

Please guide as this is production issue.

Can you elaborate more? Ideally would be nice to have a list of redirected URLs starting from your app page, then Okta, then back.

Hello , Above mentioned scenario was coding fault and nothing to do with Okta.
