From what we have observed in OKTA Scim Integration is that okta sends a random ID in externalId field while pushing a user. Some of our customers want is that the email address should go in externalId field.
Is there any way to configure this somehow
The externalID that Okta sends in the Okta User ID for the user, as it is a value that will never change for a given user, versus something like their username or email, and will be unique across all Okta orgs
