Production release of Okta Workflows 2024.11.0 began deployment on November 12, 2024.

Improved look and feel for Okta Workflows

This release introduces various graphical enhancements to Okta Workflows. These changes improve the appearance, readability, and usability of the Workflows Console.

Scopes documentation for the Okta Devices and Okta Realms connectors

Two new topics, Scopes for Okta Devices connector cards and Scopes for Okta Realms connector cards, cover the specific OAuth 2.0 scopes required for individual event and action cards of the Okta Devices and Okta Realms connectors.

Updates to the Yubico FIDO Pre-registration template

The Yubico template has been updated with the following enhancements:

  • A new helper flow called Error Flow - Update Shipment Status makes a POST call to the Okta enrollment API.
  • The Create Shipment Trigger - MFA Initiated and Create Shipment Trigger - Group flows now use a Try/Catch block around the call to the Create Shipment flow. If there’s an error, this triggers the new error helper flow.
  • Within all the helper flows, the new error flow is called as part of error handling for a card.
  • Updated the Return Error If cards to include an authEnrollmentError object that the parent flow handles.
  • The Process Shipments helper flow includes a new flag in the lookup table to track errors. This is separate from the shipment table status. The new error flow is triggered if there’s an error during the shipment process.

Fixes in Okta Workflows

  • When an admin added a new row to an Okta Workflows table with a default date column, the default date value was marked as invalid.
  • On the Workflows Console home page, the Search all templates field didn’t return any search results.
  • In the Workflows Console, the Usage window displayed a truncated value for the number of Execution Log Streaming events.
