OpenID with developer account?

Hi

Is it possible to create an OpenID Connect application using a developer account?
I’m following the instructions here:
https://support.okta.com/help/Documentation/Knowledge_Article/Using-the-App-Integration-Wizard-1111708899
but there is no OpenID application type to be seen.

Yes, you should be able to. This blog post shows you how to create an OIDC app for an Ionic/Angular application.
