Password Reset for Dev Account - Okta support won't help

Hi all - I have created a dev account a couple of weeks ago and have been trying to get the password reset on it but for whatever reason when I receive the reset email it says I need an admin to reset it. I am the admin and only user on the account.

I have tried ringing Okta support and was told there was no admin account on the tenant and they were going to help but then nothing happened. I rang again a few days later same response. I rang once more this morning and was told they can’t help on dev accounts.

Whats the next step?
