Unable to login to developer.okta.com - how-to solve?

Hello,

I setup a dev account to do some API tests.

Cant go back in my DEV console, requested a password reset link but the email I got said I have to contact the admin
admin = me
me = locked out

I can’t recreate a DEV environment because the “email is already used”. So what solution is available for reseting a DEV environment?
