I used redirect option and after redirecting app below exception
OAuthError: Client authentication failed. Either the client or the client credentials are invalid.
What type of application did you create in Okta? Did you create a SPA with PKCE auth, or did you make a different type of app?
Are you using our React or AuthJS SDKs?

Hi,Help to see. I sign up at Okta Developer . When I log in with the account successfully registered, the web page jump to https://www.okta.com/ and there is no Applications TAB,so I cannot create okta domain and app
