SCIM 2.0 Basic Auth Test App Unavailable

Hi

I’m trying to follow https://developer.okta.com/docs/guides/build-provisioning-integration/-/prepare-app/ to create a test application for a SCIM provider on which I am working. However, the SCIM 2.0 Basic Auth test application that appears in those instructions doesn’t appear when I search the available applications. Has it been removed? If so, how can I set up a test app for SCIM 2.0 with basic auth?
