Sign in Denied when attempting to log in

I haven’t used mt developer tenant in a really long time. I’m starting a new project but keep getting this error:
Sign in Denied
You do not have permission to access your account at this time. If you’re wondering why this is happening, please contact your administrator

Problem is I’m the Administrator. Any suggestions as to how I can resolve this issue?
