Smartcard IDP - Developer Tenant

I signed up for a developer tenant and was hoping to work on building a macOS native application that used PIV authentication to Okta. I saw how to add a Smartcard IDP (Add a Smart Card Identity Provider) but that doesn’t appear to be an option.

Am I missing something or is this not available in the developer tenant?

This would be X509_BASED_AUTH, which requires a paid Okta org and isn’t available on the Developer edition, so that is why you aren’t able to see it.
