The manualProvisioning property is missing in OpenAPI specification

The manualProvisioning boolean property is returned by the Application API and is present in Okta’s Management API response samples, but is not part of the ApplicationSettings object definition in the OpenAPI specification.

Please update the OpenAPI specification to reflect this property. Thank you.
