Token Inline Hook - Salesforce + Okta

I am trying to embed salesforce token info into okta token using token inline hook and authorization server.

My token inline hook preview is failing with error “Failed to get request token. The reason was invalid,reason: BAD_REQUEST”

Is there any document, example available online which can help me with the setup properly?
