Unable to log in after registration due to 403 error

I signed up for Okta a few hours ago. My domain is: dev-71735817

However, I encounter a 403 error when trying to log in to the dashboard.

Previously, I was able to access it through the password reset link, but now it doesn’t work, and I can no longer access it. I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue.
