Unable to log in due to 403 error

I signed up for Okta a week ago. My domain is: dev-73665822-admin…okta…com.

However, I encounter a 403 error when trying to log in to the dashboard.

Previously, I was able to access it through the password reset link, but now it has expired, and I can no longer access it. I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue.
