Do we have some video tutorial? Or documents step by step how to go to in postman and how it is working?

Are you referring to /introspect api ?

You can refer to https://developer.okta.com/code/rest/ for general instructions on how to set up postman or watch this video.

/introspect is a part of API Access Management (OAuth 2.0) postman collection.
