Workflows: 405 error on Resend Activation Email & missing User ID from List Users Streaming Helper Flow

Hi everyone,

I am building an Okta Workflow to resend activation emails to users, but I am encountering two issues:

  1. Missing User ID in Helper Flow / Get Object:

    • In my Parent Flow, I use the Okta - List Users with Search card set to Stream Matching Records to pass data to a Helper Flow.

    • However, in the Helper Flow, the ID value is missing/empty, preventing cards like Get Object or Resend Activation Email from finding the user ID.

    • What is the correct way to map or define the User object / id field in the Helper Flow input card when streaming records?

  2. HTTP 405 Error on Resend Activation:

    • When triggering the action to resend the activation email, the flow fails with a 405 Method Not Allowed error.

    • Could this be caused by passing an invalid/empty User ID, or does it mean the user is in an invalid status (e.g., not in STAGED or PROVISIONED state)?

Any guidance on how to properly extract the User ID in the Helper Flow and fix the 405 error would be greatly appreciated!

Can you share screenshots of the flow and the execution history for both errors?

I reviewed your flow(s).

You need to set the Record field in the For Each card:

In the helper flow, it should be ID (not id) to match the JSON object passed into the helper flow:

I did in different way it worked now but needs to check with Get card.

So keep you posted if I face issue with get card.

I have one more issue with another flow should I need to past the work that compose data is not getting when I use If condition.
