2 Factor Authentication is not working

I have configured “push” type of 2 factor authentication for my account. It was working. But today when 1) I am trying to login it is allowing me to login directly
into the Okta. It is not sending me push notification on my mobile. Why this is happening ? Anybody help?

  1. If I want to configure 2 factor authentication again, how I can do this? I am having Super Admin Access

I checked in Factor Enrollment tab. Okta Verify with Push box is checked

Can you please check Security >> Authentication >> Sign On >> policy >> rule for “Prompt for Factor” and when the prompt occurs. If you want to have the prompt every time, then you can select “Every Time”.

There was no rule configured, I just created new rule. It is working now.

Is it okay to create a new rule? Will it be applicable for all users?

Yes, the rule will be applicable to all users who don’t fall under the previous two policies and rules.
