Has anyone else encountered this error when attempting to access the Workflows Console?
500 Server Error

There is an ID listed as well, but I suspect that this would only be helpful if working with support.
I am attempting access using a Super Admin account which has been assigned to both the Okta Workflows and Okta Workflows OAuth applications and I see nothing in the System Log.
