500 error when accessing Workflows Console

Has anyone else encountered this error when attempting to access the Workflows Console?

500 Server Error
Sorry! Something’s gone wrong.
Our astronauts are looking into it.

There is an ID listed as well, but I suspect that this would only be helpful if working with support.

I am attempting access using a Super Admin account which has been assigned to both the Okta Workflows and Okta Workflows OAuth applications and I see nothing in the System Log.

(The tenant is an integrator free account.)

There was a small issue, and we applied a fix. This shouldn’t happen again (or to any other orgs).
