Attempt bypass of factor

Hi,

I would like to know the reasons for this Okta log “Attempt bypass of factor”. As the name suggests user has tried to bypass the MFA. But i have a doubt on how could anyone bypass it? Just cancelling the factor or clicking on back button doesn’t give me this log.
0Note: The user is a legitimate user.
Is there any way i could replicate it to get this “Attempt bypass of factor” logs in my Okta profile?

Wow the event type doco is pretty light for this event! I’m now curious too.
Are there any other events surrounding this one which would provide a clue?
