A user has enrolled for MFA using Okta Verify, is there an option to generate bypass code that can be generated for the user for a one time login by the admin if the user has lost his mobile device.
What are the other options available for login when the mobile device is lost/ not working?
You need to reset user’s MFA, so that they can re-enroll
