BambooHR Integration – 503 Service Unavailable Error on Authenticate

Hello everyone,

I’m trying to integrate BambooHR with Okta.

Issue:
When I click Authenticate in the Okta BambooHR setup, I get:

503 Service Unavailable
Looks like we have some problems on our end. Our engineers have been notified.

I believe this is a server-side error, is there anything else specific needed in Okta for Authenticate to succeed?
