Can't login into okta preview account

Hey guys,

Lets, my developer account link: https://dev-XXXXXX-admin.okta.com and
my preview account link: https://dev-XXXXXX.oktapreview.com

I’ve a free developer account and now I’m trying to login in oktapreview account but I’m not able to login. Okta returning 401. Any idea and why do I need preview account?
