Hi!

You can use the Okta - User Signed In Attempt event. The event has success or failure information. The How to Determine User Sign-In Location in Workflows KB shows how to retrieve success/failure information.

@Anusha - You may also want to look into using Event Hook Filtering to filter only for failed attempts.
