Create users with SCIM 2.0 - 'schemas' section

Hi,
Does Okta send ‘schemas’ section in the request for creating users with SCIM 2.0 API? I couldn’t find that information in https://developer.okta.com/standards/SCIM/index#create-account-post-users
Could you provide a sample request (JSON) with minimal set of attributes you are sending?

I believe Okta does. You can download their Spec Test JSON (https://www.okta.com/integrate/documentation/scim/#step-2-test-your-scim-server) to see sample requests.
