Hi - I’ve got an issue where I own example.com but when trying to add the okta.example.com to my current tenant I’m getting the ‘The specified domain name already exists and was verified by another org’ error. I can see in the _oktaverification DNS record for my domain, and I can see the CNAME pointing to what I imagine is a dev org. I don’t have access to the dev org, but I own the domain - do I have any recourse here?
bump? If this is just not an option then I can always use a different custom domain…ty!
