We have a Website that requires 4 fields to be filled out before submission. There is a SWA Template Plugin 3 fields that we would like to duplicate, but add an additional field.
Has someone already done this? If so, can it be published to our subdomain?
How would I go about coping the 3 Field version and editing it?
