Does Okta Classic supports OTP for Activation Emails

I see that in Okta OIE, upon registration, users get an Activation Email with a magic link, and also a number (OTP) is included in case they want to use the same window they registered on by prompting this OTP
Does Okta Classic support this use case as well? Some of our customers complain that Activation Email links often expire as soon as they receive the email in their inbox, that’s why we are researching OTP (verification codes/numbers) in both OIE and Okta Classic

This question goes around Email Verification after users submit the registration form, not authentication with any kind of MFA
