I am trying to enroll email multi-factor for user, but it only accepts the primary or secondary email from user profile. How can I provide other email id for email factor enrollment, which is different than primary or secondary email id
Right now it is locked down to the primary and secondary email for the user. The team is currently working on exposing APIs more finer grained email verification APIs, but adding an unbounded collection of emails for a user is out of scope.
I’d love for you to open a case with our developer support (developer@okta.com) and ask for the enhancement request. I need to build the business case for us to modify the structure underneath the hood.
