Get error 400 with azure ad

I just setup an developer account with Okta and now try to setup an SAML from Azure AD to Okta.
I did follow all the steps in this doc:

but when run a test get the error 400 GENERAL_NONSUCCESS
any suggestion?

I already saw those links and made sure everything configured and mapped correctly, I also ran the SAML tracker and it looks like the error is at the url that we got from Okta to setup the azure SAML:
I should be able to open this uri but get the error 400


Hi Shahin, would you mind opening a support ticket for this issue? We may need to take a look at your Okta system logs to identify what the underlying issue could be.
