Getting 403 Access Forbidden on my DEV account

Hi Okta team,

I’m unable to access my Okta Developer org as an admin that I use for testing and learning.

Admin email: inderpreet.singh@ahead.com

After logging in I see: “403 Access Forbidden – You don’t have permission to access this page”.

I am the only admin on this org, and now I also can’t create a new Developer org because this email is already registered.

I checked and saw that for similar scenario OKTA team was able to help other users:

So can someone please check on this and help to restore my access.

I see logs in the org that imply there’s an issue with your Okta Verify enrollment, causing it to not be of a sufficient assurance level to allow you to log into the Admin Console per its Authentication Policy requirements.

In the Okta Verify app, can you try enabling biometrics for that user’s enrollment (on iOS, the option is labelled “Face ID or Passcode Confirmation”) and then try to log in again?
