I see logs in the org that imply there’s an issue with your Okta Verify enrollment, causing it to not be of a sufficient assurance level to allow you to log into the Admin Console per its Authentication Policy requirements.
In the Okta Verify app, can you try enabling biometrics for that user’s enrollment (on iOS, the option is labelled “Face ID or Passcode Confirmation”) and then try to log in again?
I have an android phone where OKTA verify is installed and my account is added.
Biometric and screen lock option is already enabled for OKTA verify and it does ask me to provide biometric when I approve the request. Only after approving I get the 403 Forbidden message.
