403 Forbidden as Admin

Just recently created a free Okta developer account to test some integrations for a company I work with. Earlier today, I was able login in successfully with no issue as the admin to the console. But all of a sudden I now am getting a 403 FORBIDDEN with every login attempt. I can’t even login to the Okta Community forums to file a ticket, and when I call the support website, they have no record of the account. Which I can confirm is contradictory because I can login to Okta just fine with any of the dummy users I manually created. Any help here on unblocking this or working around it would be appreciated!

As mentioned by @nicole here, we’re currently experiencing registration issues for Developer orgs when using Google or Github social logins.
