Help me to create new .net/dotnet API for Okta SAML authentication

Hi Team,

I am having a application which is using Angular as front end and .net/dotnet as backend. I need a API so that i can post my custom login/registration form(Angular form) values to this API and it can authenticate User using Okta SAML only. Please provide me API endpoints code reference material.
