I cannot log into my okta dashboard at all with any user. when I request a new password I get an email stating that only the admin can reset my password. however I am the admin and I cannot log in! How can I request that okta resets my password? a lot of frustration here.
Can you please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, mentioning your Okta tenant and your username? One of our Support Engineers will pick up the ticket created and will issue you a new password reset email.
