How can I reset my password?

I cannot log into my okta dashboard at all with any user. when I request a new password I get an email stating that only the admin can reset my password. however I am the admin and I cannot log in! How can I request that okta resets my password? a lot of frustration here.

Can you please send us an email to, mentioning your Okta tenant and your username? One of our Support Engineers will pick up the ticket created and will issue you a new password reset email.
