I am only super admin and locked out due to Okta Verify app uninstalled

Hi,
I have a developer account, and I am the only super admin of my account. I had setup MFA with Okta Verify app and was able to login with that.
But I accidently uninstalled Okta Verify app from my mobile.
Now I am unable to log into the admin console because after reinstalling the Okta verify app, I am unable to log into Okta verify app itself.

Can you please reset MFA preference of my user in Okta account? (De-link my mobile from my user in okta)?

As of now the only recourse is to signup for a new Integrator Free Plan as outlined in: Okta Help Center (Lightning)
