I published the change I made to the login page but it doesn't show

I make a little change to the okta login page, however when I test redirect from my website to the login URL, the change I made doesn’t show up.

It does show up when I preview, by click on the preview button.

Is there any settings I missed?

Are you sure your application is configured to redirect to the Custom URL domain? The changes you make in the HTML (found at Settings → Customization → Custom Sign In) will only apply to the custom URL domain version of the login page, the *.okta.com one will be unaffected.
