I want to configure new SAML application with SCIM integration via Okta API … how can I configure SCIM OAuth part and scim details?

I saw the relevant API for creating new application, however I didn’t find how to configure the provisioning to Scim and the OAUTH configuration section can please someone direct me to an api documentation for this specific use-case ?
