Integrator Free account terminology confusion

I’m looking at creating an account using the new Integrator account mentioned in this blog post: Changes Are Coming to the Okta Developer Edition Organizations | Okta Developer

It says on the page “your new Integrator organization is meant for production use cases.”. Ok, but when I click through to the signup page, the only option is to create a free Integrator account. So what makes an account not free? Where’s the account I sign up for which is allowed for production? Once I’m signed up, do I have to spend a certain amount of money to be production ready? How does this work? It says on the same blog “the new Integrator Free Plan is purpose-built for iterative development—not production deployment.” - so what account type IS meant for production?

I also noticed the page says the account is not meant for production, but it links to the terms of service and there’s no mention of this on there. Is that being updated later?

Thanks

The quote I posted above I meant to copy+paste as “neither your old Developer Edition organization nor your new Integrator organization is meant for production use cases.”. Ie, the confusion is that the integration account is not meant for production, but I don’t see any variation of the account that is meant for production.

These free orgs (both the previous Developer edition orgs and the new Integrator orgs) are not intended for Production use cases and are designed to be used as testing grounds, for example, because you are interested in learning about Okta and want to try out the product, you need a test environment separate from an actual Production org, or you are a vendor looking to integrate with Okta and submit to the Okta Integration Network.

If you want an org that can be used in production, you will want to speak with our sales team for pricing information: Contact Sales | Okta
