Request for Okta Integrator Free Plan access as an independent developer

Hello Okta Team,

I am an independent developer based in Georgia, building, a security
and compliance platform.

I need an Okta Integrator Free Plan organization to implement and validate
a real Okta Workforce Identity API integration for users, groups, and
security evidence synchronization.

I am currently in the pre-company stage and do not yet own a corporate
domain. The registration form does not accept my personal Gmail address.

Could you please approve or manually provision an Integrator Free Plan
organization for development and testing, or advise me on a legitimate
alternative?

This environment would be used strictly for development and testing with
fewer than 10 users. I specifically need Okta Workforce Identity APIs,
not an Auth0 tenant.

Hi,

Currently, we only support sign-ups to the Free Orgs with corporate email adrress only and won’t be able to provision one with personal email address.
