Can infrastructure as code be used to automate the Auth Server creation, scope registration, access policies setting in Okta? Not finding good documentation around this.

Did you see our API docs about our Authorization Servers API endpoint? Okta Terraform Provider uses this endpoint for the okta_auth_server and related resources
