Hi,
I am trying to setup Jira service online with Okta using SAML but having issues, when I try and login to the Jira customer portal I enter my email, click use single sign-on and enter my password but get the message “Unable to sign in”.
If I log into okta direct with my username, password and 2FA I can login and then logging into the Jira customer portal works with my email, password.
I have run the Okta SAML tracer browser plugin and attached the export but not sure what I am looking for to debug.
In Okta I am forced to use email, but in Jira I use email for users to login.
