Locked out of developer org - need MFA enrolment reset (trial-6659258)

Hi,

I’m locked out of my Okta developer org (ID: trial-6659258) as I no longer have access to the Okta Verify authenticator I originally enrolled — it was on a previous work phone that has since been replaced.

I’m unable to raise a case via support@okta.com as that address no longer accepts new submissions, and I can’t access the support portal without being able to log in.

Could an Okta team member please reset the MFA enrolment on my account so I can re-enrol on my current device?

Happy to verify my identity however needed.

Hi,

You would need to sign up for a new Integrator/Free Trial Account, since we won’t be able to reset MFA on the Integrator type orgs.

I’ve tried to use an email alias which I can confirm normally works when I send a test email to myself with myemail+somealias@… but it hasn’t sent it either yesterday or today.

It looks like I’m locked out of creating a developer account with my work email, in which case could I request my developer account on the integrator platform be completely deleted from your system?
