According to our policies, we are not able to assist with admin lockouts for Integrator Free tenants, so if you have no other active admins in this org, you will want to look to sign up for a new org. If you do so, be sure to enroll your user in multiple authenticators and have an additional admin user, to prevent this from happening to your new org.
