Lost sign-in URL

So in May I created a developer account and played around a bit. At some point I logged out. I came back later and realized I need some sign-in URL which I did not have. Two mails related to the creation of my okta account did not contain this sign-in URL.
Today I tried to create a new account with the same mail but it reports this account already exists.

Does anyone have a suggestion to get this sign-in URL?

Are you able to open a support ticket with Okta to recover your account?

I tried to use the “Get Support” button on https://support.okta.com. But when clicking on “Open a case” I need to login with the sign-URL. If there is a different way to open a case I did not find it.
