I signed up for a free Okta developer account on Feb 05. I may or may not have clicked the “Activate” button. The email does not include my dev-########.okta.com address, so I am having difficulty logging in. If I try to create a new account, I receive “A user with this Email already exists” error.
For anybody who finds this, I figured it out. I found that I must have activated it previously, because it was listed in my “Okta Verify” app, with the dev-#. I was then able to login.
