I am using Apple’s joint authentication, but when I use the Okta API, I couldn’t find ssl.mange.

I couldn’t find Managed Apple ID Federation and Provisioning either.

If your org has the right SKUs, you should see the option to turn on “Enable Managed Apple ID federation and provisioning.”
