Multiple Email accounts logging into the same application

I have a user that wants to use multiple email accounts to log into the same application, Zoom in this case.

Is it possible for my user to have multiple emails Test@abc.com, Test@abc1.com, Test@abc2.com in the same Okta account and all have the ability to log into 1 account in Zoom, test@abc.com in this example?

Yes but likely you would need to use an Incognito/Private browser to ensure the session cookie is not reused for each user context
