Okta SSO - Failed to redirect after login and getting Access Forbidden error mesage

Hello Team,

I’m facing an issue while trying to perform SSO authentication for my web application. From my web app, it redirects to the okta login page, after successful login, we are getting “Access Forbiden” error page.

When I checked the Application log page, the login attempts are also not being logged. PFA error screenshot

Could you provide support to debug this issue asap? Is there a possibility that the issue would be from our application’s end? Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,
I suggest opening a support case so you can supply a .har file of the full transaction.
